Pembrokeshire Heritage Forum enables anybody who is interested in our county’s heritage to come together for support, for learning and for sharing.
The Forum is open to representatives of community groups, historians and those working on heritage projects within Pembrokeshire, who are interested in coming together in a spirit of cooperation to enable greater understanding, greater involvement and greater investment in Pembrokeshire’s heritage.
Pembrokeshire Heritage Forum began life as a collective of Community History Groups in the south of Pembrokeshire, administrated by members of Pembroke Town Walls Trust.
Seeing that the Forum could be of use to the wider community in the county, the Trust approached PLANED and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park to help organise meetings and structure the way the Forum works.
The Forum aims to meet three or four times a year, and regularly shares information through the group’s Facebook page.
